LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY
All our products come with a two-year Limited Warranty from the date of your order’s delivery.
The terms of the Limited Warranty include a warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
This Limited Warranty applies to the sale of the jewelry sold directly to the end-consumer purchaser. This Limited Warranty is transferrable by the end-consumer purchaser only where the jewelry piece is gifted to a third-person, provided that the recipient of the gifted jewelry keeps the transferred Limited Warranty card and the purchase receipt.
What’s NOT included
Our Limited Warranty does not cover damage or defects as a result of abuse, misuse, loss, accidental wear or theft of your jewelry.
How to make use of the warranty
In the unlikely event you have an issue or concern with your jewelry, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your receipt and Limited Warranty card, and a customer service representative will direct you accordingly.
You will be responsible for any cost of shipment of your jewelry to FARO and FARO will not be responsible for any damage or loss during shipment.
Once your jewelry piece is received, FARO will, at its option, repair the item(s), or replace with item(s) of equal or greater value, without any charge to you. If the item is confirmed to be defective and, therefore, the Limited Warranty is deemed applicable, FARO will reimburse you the cost of shipment. Else, you will be responsible for the cost of shipment back to you.
We do not endorse or approve any third-party alterations or treatments to any of our jewelry. Accordingly, any third-party alterations or treatments to your jewelry piece will void the Limited Warranty that accompanies each purchase.
